SITUATION: We have the suit case, move to the LZ and wait for extraction! MAY DAY! MAY DAY! MAY DAY! We have opened a bee hive! the rebel Red Star troops are growing my the minute!. The meeting place will be at Moore’s Creek deep in the Los Gatos Mountains.


Mission: Defend the suit case and get to the LZ for extraction! This will not be a walk in the park soldier, Red star is inserting a platoon sized force every hour! Keep the suit case in American Hands at all costs.

Situation: Red Star agents have been recruiting disgruntled military personnel of the Los Gatos government to form an insurgency force to overthrow the current president who has deep US ties. Red Star is paying off these rebels in cocaine and US currency. The meeting place will be at Moore’s Creek deep in the Los Gatos Mountains.

Mission: This is good chance to catch these rebels and the Red Star agents before they are able to become a presence. With the Los Gatos Army insert above Moore’s Creek and search and destroy all rebel and Red Star forces.

Game information: April 18th, 2010

WHAT? OPERATION: EGG HUNT is exactly what it sounds like. It's an easter egg hunt with an airsoft twist... and
then vice versa!

WHEN & COST? 11am to 4pm - Sunday, April 11, 2010 - $20 per person.

HOW?! This is the fun part...

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS: NO ACUs or ABUs allowed! This includes hats and tactical gear! ONLY CONTROLLERS ARE
PERMITTED TO WEAR ACUs. If you're seen in it, you'll either be sent home to change or play in your undies...your
choice!

FPS LIMITS: The FPS limit for this event will be 400fps w/.25bbs! AEGs and GBBs and NBBs and any 6mm BB-firing
gun is welcome so long as it doesn't exceed the FPS limitation of 400fps w/.25bbs. NO FPS EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

RENTALS: What if I wanna play but don't have a gun? Rentals will be available for $25 per person and will
include an AEG, freshly charged battery and 1-HiCap full of BBs. Contact kingsensei@aol.com to secure your

Okay, you've got me so far...so how much does it cost and what am I paying for?!

OPERATION: EGG HUNT 2010 is a measly $20 a head. Registration is hassle-free. Just email us your name and pay
upon arrival: events@nationalairsoftmagazine.com. Here's what that $20 gets ya:

We've got a total of 50 Easter eggs and all but 5 are filled to the brim with airsoft goodness, yours for the
taking! OVER $1000 DOLLARS IN PRIZES TO BE GIVEN AWAY AT THIS EVENT! DON'T BE THE ONE WHO MISSES OUT!

1000-1100hrs: Arrival, gear-up, sign-in.

1100-1200hrs: Part I begins. We have 40 eggs strewn about the upper field, filled with airsoft goodies (well,
corresponding numbers to airsoft goodies as we couldn't fit the stuff in the little buggers!). All participants
will be hunting for these 40 eggs filled with prizes possibly containing anything from BBs, Discount Coupons,
Tactical Pouches, ballcaps etc...

1200-1300hrs: Part I ends. Begin lunch break

1300-1330hrs: Lunch break ends. Chrono and field insertion.

1330-1530hrs: Part II aka the real hunt begins! Inserted into the field will be 10 "high value targets" aka
Easter Eggs, filled with corresponding numbers to the really, REEEEEEALLY good prizes like GBBs, AEGs and more!
HOWEVER, there will be 5 "rotten" eggs with a corresponding prize, something guaranteed to be sucktacular for our
Peeps! However, like Old Maid, we won't know who's got what until the end.

1530hrs: Part II ends. "High value target" egg prizes and MF 50/50 cash raffle prize awarded.

1600hrs: OPERATION: EGG HUNT ends.

BASIC RULES & GUIDELINES:
All those in attendance MUST read, complete, sign and bring to the game, our release form. Signature states that
the participant (legal guardian if a minor) releases all legal liability and that all safety rules and
regulations have been thoroughly read and clearly comprehended. Signature also states that any images taken of
the participant may be utilized by The NAM: National Airsoft Magazine for publication purposes without
imbursement to the undersigned. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from OPERATION: EGG HUNT '09. Actual
game rules will be discussed at the event...










MINORS: (persons under the age of 18) are welcome to attend with parental consent. All minors are required to
have the release form (see above) completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian upon arrival to game site(a
sibling cannot be considered a legal guardian unless legally appointed as such). All minors MUST comply with
special safety regulations specified in the Release Form. Violations of this rule will result in dismissal from
participation in OPERATION: EGG HUNT 2010.

All adult players MUST have safety goggles/glasses and a boxer's mouth guard! All minors must have full face
protection (paintball or mesh face mask). All those attending must also read and sign a release form stating
that all rules, safety rules and regulations have been thoroughly read and clearly comprehended.

Any behaviour which results in expulsion from the game shall forfeit all fees paid!

- Operation - Powerhouse: Sunday March 7th 2010

Situation: We have just successfully extracted the wounded from LZ Whiskey and have dropped in a re-enforced platoon of Moss Land Nationals and the Rapid Reaction Force known as Mike Force.

Mission:
1. Capture the Red Star officer in charge
2. Search and destroy all Rebel and Red Star opposition.

Club information: We were scheduled to be at our new Los Gatos field for this month’s game but we had to push it back to April 4th. Stay tuned to our web site for up to date information on that game.

This month’s game on March 7th will be a heavy combat type mission! Bring out everything you need to sustain heavy combat for 4 hours. We will have a 30 minute in field in place lunch break after the first 2 hours of play. Come prepared!

OPERATION: - THORS HAMMER - Sunday FEB 7th 2010

Situation: The Mike Force base camp was almost over run yesterday by Red Star and the Moss Land Rebels. We have 10 able bodied defenders left after four strong and heavy attacks. They need re-enforcements, now!

Mission: Re-enforce, extract the wounded and search and destroy Red Star and the MLR (Moss Land Rebels).
Top priority - insure that the wounded from yesterday’s action arrive safely for extraction at LZ November. Get this done quickly!

This will be a very intense game that will require more bbs, battery and green gas (for the GBB crowd) then usual! We will play for 2 hours then have a 30 minute in field lunch break before having another 2 hours of play. Bring everything you need to be carried on you during this battle. Do not forget water!!!!!! Bring a friend and spread the word!

RECONDO Derived from three words:Reconnaissance, Commando and Doughboy. Based on the actual Special Forces Recondo School from Vietnam, this training school teaches you how to maximize your potential, increase your skills and efficiency, while decreasingyour “Down-time.” Instruction is provided by previous Airsoft Recondo graduates, the MIKE Force 1 team and by Dr. King, a former U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret.

Upon graduation, you will receive a certificate signed by your instructor(s) and Dr. King, honoring your achievement, an Airsoft Recondo patch to be sewn on the right/front pocket of your BDUs to show this achievement at every game thereafter.

OPERATION: - Santa Ana Wind - Sunday January 3rd 2010 AAR

Jan. 3^rd 2010

Location: F.O.B. “Santa Ana”, Moss Land Ca.

We’ve entrenched ourselves @ F.O.B. “Santa Ana” deep in Red Star territory with a re-enforced platoon of 40 souls. The objective is to hold and maintain this forward operating base at all cost.

At approximately 10:30am we received our first of four contacts with the Red Star hostiles in the area. With our new platoon commander fresh out of Annapolis, we set our security and braced for the fight. He ordered us to split the force into three units. Left defense, right defense, and a center guard at the main base, which would act as a quick reaction force for either of the two units as needed. A solid plan, but in the first run, our right defense crumbled. We tried to retreat back to main base, but sustained HEAVY casualties. Then as quickly as they came, the fighting stopped and they fell back. No doubt to regroup. So not wasting the precious time in the lull in the fight we tended to our wounded, reset security and waited…but not for long.

The second run did not fair any better. We had a better idea of where Red Star would attack from, and set up in those areas. We held the line a little longer this time, but it seems as though Red Star had brought an entire battalion to wipe out our little base, and they used every rotten one of them. For every one we shot, 10 more would come up to replace him. They were relentless, and they had us dialed in. They knew right where we were dug in, almost like they had a map of our base. Then, just like the last attack, they retreated back into the tree line.

With this new lull in the fight, our platoon commander called in all his squad leaders for a quick sit-rep. With time to sit and re-evaluate our tactics and strategy, we agreed that running head long into such a large fighting force was just suicide. Instead, we would set up shorter runs with two fall back positions to retreat to when Red Star troops would really start pounding in on us…and it worked. With all of us pulling in tighter, watching our sectors, and creating a security ring around the main base, we were able to hold back tide and bring the fight back to Red Star. After that round, Red Star troops, again, backed down into the tree line. This time, to lick THEY’RE wounds.

We had they’re number. The next time they hit our base we would be ready, and not being ones to disappoint, Red Star came back with a vengeance. Both sides were exhausted, but neither willing to admit defeat. We asked no quarter, and they gave NONE.

After an hour long fire fight, we were able to beat Red Star back, 10 souls remaining. The losses were horrible, but not in vein. The F.O.B. had been held, and would remain to fight another day.

Sunday October 4th 09:00am Sharp OPERATION: - VIPER PIT-

SITUATION: The package is in sight. The night operation killed or disabled a large number of Red Star soldiers. Only the hard-core loyalists have decided to stay and fight till the death! Resistance was tougher than expected, so we have decided to regroup with the special forces to gain the advantage.

Operation: - Side Winder - August 9th 2009 09:30am

Situation: A MI 40 Helicopter with Red Star markings has flown at tree top level and has dropped 3 boxes. We have retrieved one with armor piercing bullets. We can assume that the other 2 boxes are the same kind of ammo.


Operation Side Winder: Retrieve the other 2 boxes before the Reds can use them against us!

SITUATION: Intel has reported that the retreating Red Star helicopters have collided during an evening evacuation attempt. US Marines have cornered the survivors.

MISSION ORDERS: Capture or kill all Red Star personnel that have survived the helo crash during the evening hours.

This will be a two 2 hour game with a 30 minute in field break so come prepared! Study the rules closely, bring water, food, ammo, extra battery and friends to this heavy fire fight!

Situation: Red Star forces were unable to launch the rocket and they are cornered on the South Mountain.

Mission update: Capture the missile and take it to the alternate LZ

This is our first night game of the year. Sign in time is 6 pm. We will use the Red Death Bandana until dark then we will shift to our white beam flash lights should we be shot “OUT” of play. The game will go until 10 pm

Hello Everyone,

Thing are finally winding down for me and I will have a chance this evening to post as many of the galleries from our last three events. look for everyhting to be caught up for our next event today or tomorrow as well.

Unfortunately the photographer whom was at the game in April never emailed me the pictures form that event, so I will get the pictures I took up now. i have been waiting for them to arrive but they never did.

Sunday the 24th we are having a night game at the Mossland field. There will be 3 hours of daylight fighting and about 1.5 hours of night OPs so get your tracer units charged and your NVGs ready to go!
